Because it is freezing outside and we didn't want to walk the 3 blocks over to them, well needless to say I ordered an HOUR AGO. Waited outside for the delivery for 35 minutes. We called and they GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE. AFTER WE CALLED ASKING WHERE THEY WERE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WE GAVE THEM OUR PHONE NUMBER FOR REASONS AS TO , IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY CAN CALL. NO ONE CALLED AND AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING, WE CANCELED.
